About The Role

We are looking for a Creative Manager – Art to join the Brand Creative team. This experienced art manager will take on more leadership responsibility while staying close to the work. You’ll shape and evolve our brand’s visual identity through creativity and mastery of design fundamentals, delivering bold concepts, refining visual storytelling, and mentoring designers across multiple touchpoints.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Creative Managers to lead the art direction and design vision across diverse projects.
  • Develop design concepts for campaigns and creatives, eg. storyboards, online ads, and visual systems.
  • Manage a team of visual designers and collaborate with fellow Creative Managers to elevate our craft.
  • Generate fresh, innovative ideas for campaigns and BAU projects (digital, social, print, OOH).
  • Execute campaigns with hands‑on art direction and design (50%) while supervising team projects (50%).
  • Direct designers on adherence to fundamental design rules for strong visual storytelling.
  • Present creative concepts and design rationale to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Brand Management to align solutions with objectives and brand strategy.
  • Understand project requirements and translate them into visually compelling work.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Provide clear design feedback and guidance on shared projects.
  • Assist in the career development and training of designers.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, design‑driven culture.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years’ experience, including a minimum of 5 years as an Art Director in an agency or in‑house client‑side setting.
  • Proficiency with industry‑standard design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Figma).
  • Working knowledge of Gen AI tools for creative production.
  • Portfolio highlighting related works (campaigns, digital assets, logos, video ads, graphic layouts).
  • Deep understanding of typography, layout, colour, art direction, and emerging trends.
  • Experience across digital, social, and traditional media.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, articulating ideas and rationale.
  • Great listener, asks right questions to chart a path forward.
  • Resourceful, organised, detail‑oriented; self‑starter and multi‑tasker with ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent English language skills.
