Your Opportunity:
As Manager Compliance, you will report to the CFO and your main goal is to define, implement, and enhance solutions to any regulatory changes or challenges.
You will be responsible for assessing and monitoring all compliance and regulatory risks that Gianni Versace is potentially exposed to and for assuring the implementation of compliance actions needed to mitigate such risks. You will also be involved in ensuring that all business owners are aware of such regulations, supporting the management of various functions in the improvement of overall compliance.
Your Contribution:
- Coordination/organization of bi-annual Corporate Steering Committee and quarterly Regional Compliance Working Group;
- Periodic review of compliance risk assessment with Regional, Corporate, and Industrial Operations Management;
- Design/review existing company processes and policies and/or implement new processes and mechanisms for managing compliance risks and maintain standards and procedures for the compliance program in the organization;
- Support management in the third-party due diligence process during the onboarding and accreditation phase, focusing on vendors of Industrial Operations and the implementation and maintenance of a vendor risk management system;
- Coordination of the Waste Management outsourcer and with L&D Department for the organization and delivery of compliance training for employees;
- Design an annual compliance program with ongoing advice to the Top Management, managers, and employees on compliance risks;
- Support employees in the management of Gifts Giving and Receiving according to the policy in place and update the Register of Gifts received disclosed by employees;
- Cooperate with Capri Loss Prevention, Capri HSE/Versace Sustainability, Product Compliance Legal, and Internal Audit in any joint project or assignment and attend various Capri/Versace Committees;
- Preparation and submission of regular reports for the Compliance Committees/Internal Audit/Supervisory Body (OdV) and Statutory Auditors on the assessment of compliance risks;
Your Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business law and/or Economy & Management;
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years experience in the Compliance Department of a manufacturing company;
- Knowledge of compliance matters and regulations at a worldwide level;
- Social Compliance Project Management experience;
- Experience in using compliance risk indicators and their reporting, conducting projects in compliance or legal, drafting and implementing procedures related to compliance risk management;
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel (advanced level) and PowerPoint;
- Fluent in English and Italian;
- Excellent project management and analytical skills;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Another European language in addition to Italian and English is a plus;
- Experience in a multinational group listed on a stock exchange market is strongly recommended;
