Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• +10 years of experience in a technical mainframe role
• Install, configure, and maintain z/OS operating systems and associated subsystems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot z/OS environments, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Apply patches, fixes, and updates to the z/OS environment in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and support system performance tuning, ensuring optimal system operation.
• Collaborate with network, storage, and application teams to resolve issues and improve system efficiency.
• Document system configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide support during system migrations, upgrades, and system integrations.
• Manage disaster recovery planning and execution for z/OS systems.
• Serve as the go‑to expert for troubleshooting and resolving complex system‑level issues.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest advancements in mainframe technologies and z/OS capabilities
• Fluent both in Italian and English

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Mainframe zOS / products implementation and management
