The role involves conducting tax due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, supporting corporate restructuring, and preparing corporate income tax returns. Ideal candidates will have a master’s degree in Economics or Law, intention to become a Chartered Accountant or Lawyer, and strong Excel skills. Your role and responsibilities

In particular, by joining the Deal Advisory M&A Tax Team of our Milan office, you will help support clients in addressing challenges related to key areas of taxation. You will operate in a constantly evolving scenario, where national and international regulations intertwine with market and public opinion expectations on crucial topics such as ethics, transparency, and corporate governance.

Specifically you will be tasked with:

• Tax due diligence reviews of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, acquisitions, contributions, etc).
• Corporate restructuring.
• Analyses of the treatment of extraordinary transactions according to national accounting standards (OIC) and international ones (IAS/IFRS).
• National and International tax opinions.
• Applications for tax rulings.
• Preparation of corporate income tax returns (Modello Unico and Modello IRAP).

You will be involved in national and international projects, working alongside highly qualified professionals and acquiring top-level skills through interaction with the brightest minds in the field.

• A master’s degree in Economics (LM-77 or LM-56) or Law (LMG-01), with a final grade of at least 100/110.
• The intention to pursue the professional practice as a Chartered Accountant or Lawyer.

• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
