A luxury hotel in Italy is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of guestrooms. Responsibilities include ensuring high cleaning standards, arranging guest clothing, and providing excellent guest service. Candidates should be bilingual in Italian and English, possess a friendly personality, and be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Competenze

• Good knowledge of Italian and English.
• Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time.
• Ability to push and pull the housekeeping cart.
• Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality.
• Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule, weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

• Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained in all guestrooms on a daily basis.
• Inspect all guestroom’s fresh linens for cleanliness and substandard appearance.
• Efficiently turndown bed to meet appearance standard.
• Arrange all clothing items in occupied guestrooms.
• Set up turndown tray with water and amenities.
• Turn on stereo/television to appropriate welcome standard.
• Ensure guest has the correct amount of valet/dry cleaning/shoeshine bags/slips.
• Replace guest amenities when appropriate.
• Double check cleanliness of completed work area.
• Vacuum guestroom’s carpet furniture and baseboards.
• Empty waste baskets.
• Report all missing, damaged or substandard furniture.
• Ensure electronic devices are working properly.
• Evaluate work assignment and prioritize workload.
• Complete assigned guestrooms with correct status.
• Organize supply closets and work areas.
• Comply with all MOHG Pillars and Department LQE’s.
• Adhere to Do Not Disturb policy.
