A leading construction management firm in Italy is seeking an experienced professional to manage the pre-fabrication and construction of Structures offshore. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, over 8 years of relevant experience including 5 years in offshore projects, and excellent English communication skills. This full-time position necessitates strong management and technical review capabilities.

Competenze

• Work experience of 8 years in the sought discipline after earning the university degree.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in offshore projects.
• Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports.

Mansioni

• Manage overall pre-fabrication and construction onshore of Structures.
• Ensure efficiency of construction work execution.
• Conduct technical quality of project constructability review.
• Plan and monitor construction schedule, costs, and compliance.
• Review contractors' construction plans and conduct Constructability Review.
• Identify and adopt correct HSEQ standards.
• Manage contractors and troubleshoot construction work.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities

• To manage the overall pre-fabrication / Fabrication and construction onshore of Structures.
• Efficiency of construction work execution.
• Technical quality of project constructability review.
• Construction planning and monitoring (schedule costs and compliance of work to project specification).
• Constructability Review and contractors construction plan review.
• Identification and adoption of the correct HSEQ standards according to COMPANY standards and local norms and legislation.
• Contractors management including construction work troubleshooting.
• Managing construction site supervisors.

Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills
