Overview

We’re Hiring: Logistics & Warehouse Specialist

Creanova, a European B2B partner in medical device design, development, and ISO 13485 contract manufacturing, is expanding our team. We’re looking for a motivated Logistics and Warehouse Specialist to support our operations and contribute to delivering safe, innovative healthcare solutions.

Location: Italy / Como
Role: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations, including goods reception, storage, and dispatch
• Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy, and traceability in line with ISO 13485 standards
• Coordinate shipments, customs documentation, and logistics with suppliers and clients
• Support production flows by ensuring materials and components are available on time
• Maintain compliance with quality and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain (medical device or manufacturing environment is a plus)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 or other regulated environments preferred
• Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-driven mindset
• Good communication skills in English
