An innovative kitchen appliance company in Fabriano, Italy, is seeking a Materials Planner. The successful candidate will manage long lead time materials and logistics processes, ensuring timely availability for production. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree, at least one year of experience in logistics, and strong Microsoft Office and SAP skills. A collaborative and innovative mindset is preferred.

Posizione

We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Materials Planner.

THE IMPACT

She/He supports the management of long lead time materials, defines delivery batches and ensures their availability to the industrial plants.

Main Activities And Accountabilities

• Interact with suppliers with longer lead times than normal planning flow;
• Manage external procurement in relation to the needs generated by MRP;
• Monitor the main KPIs of the organizational unit (supplier service levels, coverage, obsolescence);
• Participate in the component phase-in and phase-out process;
• Participate in the new product development process by confronting the logistics focal point;
• Participate in the development of IT platforms aimed at improving logistics management.

Requisiti

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial engineering/Management or related;
• At least 1 year of experience in Logistic/planning area (preferably in medium/large companies);
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package and SAP management;
• Native Italian, Fluent in written and spoken English;
• Positive and collaborative approach, open-minded and innovative mindset will complete the profile.
