Responsibilities
- Manage daily logistic operations, vendor provisioning, and shipment management.
- Coordinate internal inventories, ensuring data quality in asset management.
- Monitor spare parts and materials stored in the warehouses maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Manage daily shipments in coordination with suppliers and customs brokers.
- Enforce internal processes in logistic management, collaborating with internal teams for system enhancements
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management, recommending improvements where necessary
Qualifications
- Broad knowledge of import and export management (EU and Extra EU countries), EU safety standards for material and devices, CE certifications and regulatory requirements.
- Good knowledge of INCOTERMS and international Import/Export regulations for materials and devices.
- Proficient in vendor coordination, logistic management and inventory control
- Effective communication and organizational skills for cross-team collaboration
