Position

Logistic coordinator

Overview

Open position for Logistics Coordinator with Emilio Pucci, Supply Chain & Logistics, Bologna, Italy. Reference: PUCC00235. Full-time contract (indeterminato).

Job responsibilities

• Lead the logistics operations and processes, upgrading current quality standards
• Management of logistics partners (depots and warehouses)
• Plan and control inbound/outbound activities (production receiving, returns, shipping), liaising with internal stakeholders and logistic partners
• Management of forwarding agents (for online/offline sales), including identification of new partners and contract negotiation, as well as checking costs and supervising related services and processes
• Supervision and support (also in coordination with Customer Care and external agencies) of customs practices (made-in, duties, certificates of origin, etc.)
• Responsibility for budgets for logistics partners and forwarding agents
• Implement and perform sales analysis and reporting for retail, franchising and ecommerce
• Guarantee compliance with import, export and customs regulations

Profile / Qualifications

• University degree in Economics/Engineering
• 5/7 years of experience in logistic operations on Retail/Omnichannel, with strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in Luxury environment would be an asset
