LITIGATION / DEBT RECOVERY ASSOCIATE Milan PQE : Newly Qualified 1-3 years PQE 3-5 years PQE Area of Expertise : Private Practice

Our client is a well-known Milan-based law firm seeking to expand its team with the addition of a talented associate.

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with at least three years of experience in civil litigation and debt recovery, able to work effectively within a team while managing cases with a degree of autonomy.
• A strong background in insurance law will be considered a significant advantage, as will familiarity with technological tools and artificial intelligence applications.
• The new associate will join a dynamic group of around ten professionals and will report directly to the head of practice and the firm’s partners.
• The role requires precision, proactivity, and independence, combined with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment where teamwork and knowledge-sharing are central to the firm’s culture.
