We are looking to strengthen our team by adding a resource for the role of Consulente Applicativo.

Why apply? This position offers a structured training program that will enable the candidate to acquire the skills necessary to support clients in using the software, providing assistance in configuration and optimization of the adopted solutions. Prior experience in the role is not required; we value transversal skills, learning attitude, and customer relationship skills.

The role of Consulente Applicativo

The Consulente Applicativo is the reference point for clients in using the software, aiming to facilitate the adoption of digital solutions and support their integration into business processes. Key activities include:

• Analyzing client needs and configuring the software according to specific requests;
• Training and supporting users in using the application solutions;
• Post-sales assistance and support in resolving issues;
• Collaborating with the technical team for continuous software optimization.

Skills and requirements

To successfully perform this role, we seek candidates with:

• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships;
• A learning attitude to quickly acquire necessary skills;
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking to address issues methodically and precisely;
• Good communication skills to provide clear explanations and support users effectively.

Previous knowledge of management software is a plus but not essential.

Contract conditions

The employment type will be tailored to the candidate's profile. Location: Saronno (VA). Willingness to travel to client sites (mainly in Lombardy).
