A multinational company in Giavera del Montello seeks a Legal Specialist to negotiate and draft commercial contracts, manage trademarks, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. The ideal candidate should have a Master's in Law and 3 to 5 years of related experience, with proficiency in both Italian and English. This position involves significant responsibility and requires a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

The Legal Specialist will be based at Tecnica Group Spa Headquarter in Giavera del Montello (TV) and will be part of the Legal Affairs Department. The role will report to the Legal Manager.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft and independently review both in Italian and in English commercial contracts with vendors and customers – including confidentiality, consulting, licensing, agency, distributorship, service and technology related agreements.
• Handle issues of data protection. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations. Implement privacy policies and procedures. Review and advise on privacy provisions in commercial contracts.
• Manage trademarks and designs portfolio. Manage prelitigation / litigation matters related to Intellectual Property.
• Provide and maintain contract templates and legal documentation.
• Provide competition and antitrust regulatory advice for distribution and channel operations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and corporate policies.
• Coordinate the internal signing process and prepare cover letters and summaries for contracts.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard contracts and the organization of the contract archive.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and provide general legal support to the internal department globally.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in legal & compliance field, preferably in multinational companies and/or international law firms;
• Proficiency in Italian and English is essential (both spoken and written);
• Licence to practice in law is a plus;
• Ability to work under pressure and to interface and communicate with internal and management staff as well as outside counsel;
• Proactive, business-oriented and problem-solving mindset;
• Ability to earn the respect of senior management to be credible and effective;
• Result and team-oriented; able to work in an international, multi-cultural, fast-moving and complex business environment.
