Job Description

General legal support with a focus on commercial contracts, corporate law, M&A, and compliance.

Provide legal support globally to Ammega. Act as a trusted advisor to the business and help build a robust legal function.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of domestic and international commercial agreements.
• Advise on corporate law matters, including M&A transactions and post‑deal integration.
• Manage external legal counsel and litigation matters.
• Provide legal guidance on regulatory matters and liaise with public authorities.
• Analyse legislation and regulations, provide legal opinions – including implementation and/or impact on the business.

Shared Accountabilities

• Contribute to legal entity management and rationalisation.
• Develop, implement and enforce corporate policies and procedures.
• Ensure harmonised legal practices across the Group.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (finance, sales, operations) to support business goals.

Key linkages & interfaces / most important stakeholders

• General Counsel, Legal Counsel and Paralegal
• Management and Board of Directors of Group entities
• Purchasing, sales and business operations teams

Qualifications

• 7‑10 years post‑qualification experience, in an international law firm and/or in‑house legal department.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (min CEFR C2).
• Strong generalist legal skills in commercial contracts, corporate law, and M&A.
• Experience or interest in compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and a constructive, collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Willingness to help build and shape legal processes and tools.
