AIKO is looking for a Legal Assistant to support the CLO and the Legal Department in contract management, compliance documentation, and legal workflows.

The role involves reviewing documents, maintaining legal archives, and coordinating with partners and external counsel.

Part-time role, 21 hours per week, for 7 months.

Tasks
  • Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare short technical notes.
  • Maintain corporate and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain the legal repository and manage deadlines.
  • Provide organizational support to the Legal Department’s activities.
Requirements
  • Degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
  • Basic understanding of commercial contracts and civil law principles.
  • High attention to detail and strong synthesis skills.
  • Excellent confidentiality and document management discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Preferred Experience

Experience in law firms or in-house legal departments.

Familiarity with procurement, tenders, or European programs.
