Job Description Summary
We are looking for a Retail Leasing Consultant to join our Shopping Centre team in Italy.
The role involves supporting the leasing and development of retail spaces within shopping centres, retail parks, and stand‑alone assets across the country.
You will work closely with landlords, tenants, and internal teams, contributing to market analyses, negotiations, and strategic leasing activities for new and existing projects.

Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Reletting Activities
- Support the leasing, re‑leasing, and renewal processes for shopping centres, retail parks, and stand‑alone retail units across Italy.
- Prepare marketing and presentation materials for new leasing projects.
- Present projects to tenants and coordinate site visits.
- Manage negotiation activities through to the finalisation of lease agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure long‑term collaboration and portfolio growth.
Market Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct research and commercial assessments for new and existing projects.
- Analyse market trends, catchment areas, and competitor performance.
- Prepare periodic reports for landlords, including rent analysis, sales performance, and benchmarking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and market insights.
Strategic Support & Development
- Assist in defining project concepts and unit layouts for new developments.
- Support pre‑letting and leasing strategy implementation.
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging brands in the retail market.
- Contribute to maintaining the company’s strong reputation within the retail leasing sector.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 1"3 years of experience in retail real estate, leasing, or commercial property.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
