A global payments company is seeking a Learning Designer and Facilitator to support the Talent Development team. The role involves designing and facilitating training sessions for employees ranging from entry-level to executives. Key responsibilities include developing content, managing training dynamics, and utilizing various delivery methods. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of experience in Talent and Learning, and a deep understanding of adult learning theories. The Learning Facilitator supports the Talent Development team and will design and facilitate sessions for entry‑level employees up to C‑Suite executives. The Learning Designer and Facilitator is responsible for the facilitation of training initiatives while providing guidance and feedback for consistent delivery of company‑wide programs.
Facilitate global leadership development training to people leaders – from supervisor to executive‑level, new leader and employee onboarding sessions, and any other learning needed within the organization based on company strategy and objectives.
Develop content and assist in customizing existing global content for regional needs.
Design content including course materials, application guides, conversation guides, assessments, etc.
Curate and customize content.
Use a variety of delivery methods to develop participants' skill sets. This includes classroom Instruction, virtual training, All Hands meetings, peer‑to‑peer coaching, and train‑the‑trainer sessions.
Perform all administrative duties including class preparation, schedule administration, and participant record maintenance.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to assist the Learning team with revisions to existing course content.
Facilitate coaching and feedback for leaders up through Director‑level.
Facilitate engaging learning experiences, including virtual and on‑site sessions, while coaching and developing others to become effective facilitators.
Serve as a thought leader in learning and development, offering insights and expertise to enhance broader talent initiatives and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Tackle complex and non‑routine challenges during training sessions, drawing upon extensive experience and expertise to find innovative solutions.
Leverage your expertise to influence practices and procedures outside the department, collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive organizational change and improvement.
Use many facilitation techniques such as group discussions, role‑playing, interactive and / or experiential activities.
Manage the dynamics of a training session, including handling disruptions and keeping participants focused to maintain a productive environment.
Think on your feet and address any issues that arise during training sessions.
Understand how adults learn and apply these principles to your training methods.
Minimum 3‑5 years’ experience in Talent and Learning.
Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.
Deep understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design models (especially ADDIE), and learning technologies.
Strong organizational skills, proficiency with HR systems and LMS, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Coaching or consulting experience.
Certification in instructional design, facilitation, or related areas (e.g., CPLP, ATD Master Trainer).
Experience in change management or organizational development initiatives.
Ability to analyze learning needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
Ensures accuracy in program administration and data management.
Thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and can handle changing priorities.
The monthly gross base salary range is 3,283 – 5,261 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
