Must Have

• ✅ 4+ Years experience in Data Engineering.
• Core: Python (Pandas, GeoPandas), SQL.
• Spatial DB: PostgreSQL + PostGIS (Must be your second language).
• Experience with Big Data: OLAP Databases (ClickHouse, BigQuery) for massive datasets & Spatial Indexing (H3/S2).
• Leadership skills (Code review, mentoring, team management).

Responsibilities

• Architect high-performance spatial data pipelines and guide a technical team.
• Handle massive datasets, optimize geometry storage, and build scalable backend logic.
• Leverage core technologies: Python, Pandas, GeoPandas, SQL, PostgreSQL, PostGIS, ClickHouse, BigQuery, and spatial indexing (H3/S2).
• Provide code reviews, mentor team members, and manage day‑to‑day team dynamics.
