Landscape Architect / Landscape Designer

We are looking for a Landscape Architect or Landscape Designer to join our Milan office. The ideal candidate is curious, design-driven, and motivated to grow within an international, multidisciplinary environment, contributing to projects from concept through technical development.

• Support the design and development of landscape architecture projects across different scales and phases, from concept to detailed design.
• Contribute to the preparation of drawings, reports, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants in an international context.
• Assist in project coordination, ensuring quality, consistency, and respect of timelines.
• Take part in research, analysis, and documentation activities related to landscape projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Landscape Design or Architecture, with a specific Master’s training in Landscape.
• 1–3 years of international professional experience as a Landscape Architect or Landscape Designer.
• Strong conceptual and design skills, with particular attention to developed and technical design phases.
• Experience in reporting activities and document processing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, GIS; knowledge of Autodesk Revit is considered a plus.
• Native Italian speaker required, with excellent spoken and written English. German is a plus.
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset, with initiative, reliability, and the potential for leadership development.
