Position Summary & Responsibilities

Commercialize Chematek’s petrochemical range with particular focus on sulfiding service, fuel and oil additives, and other specialty chemicals used mainly in refineries.

Work in an energetic team and play a critical role in delivering significant growth for the firm by leveraging internal and external networks to present winning bids to high-value tenders and RFQs.

Collaborate with different functions in the company to elaborate price calculations, formalize offers, and upload them in customer portals with the help of a Trade Support Specialist.

Prepare regular reviews of ongoing bidding processes with your BU Director to monitor the needs of support.

Contribute to go/no go analysis after careful review of the bid’s technical, commercial, and contractual documentation to ensure full alignment with Chematek’s business values and strategy.

Assist the Trade Support Specialist in maintaining personal contact with customers and ensuring monthly forecasted volumes for your area are realized.

Use our CRM and IT systems daily to promptly share reports and intel on the market and your activity with customers.

Coordinate sales activities with different team members, ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications
  • STEM university degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in the field (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent industry knowledge.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tender processes simultaneously.
  • Business acumen and integrity.
  • Analytical and deadline-driven.
  • Excellent command of English (written and oral); other languages are a plus.
