Overview

You will be working as part of the project management team active throughout Italy. It is your role to successfully plan, coordinate and implement projects, guaranteeing the defined budget, scope and timeline. As a project manager, you will have a central role in communicating with all relevant stakeholders, including our international colleagues and most importantly, the customer.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all project related activities and ensure they occur in a time frame necessary for a successful project
• Ensure all required communication between project stakeholders, resources, suppliers, etc., occurs in a time frame and to the level of detail necessary for a successful project
• Produce, distribute, and file documentation as required to ensure the satisfaction of contractual requirements and the mitigation of risk
• Work in coordination with project management company guidelines / team
• Ensure all necessary information flows between head office, other subsidiaries, and the customer

Requirements for applicants

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical degree
• 3+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
• Excited to work with an international team
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate proficiently in Italian and English; German would be a plus
• Keen to travel in Italy and to Austria
