A leading fashion brand in Milan is seeking a Graphic Designer to create innovative graphics for their collections. The role involves collaboration with the Design Team and external suppliers. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, and at least 2 years of experience in a fashion setting. This full-time position offers either a fixed-term or permanent contract based on experience.

Competenze

• At least 2 years experience in a fashion brand.
• Skills in AI tools are considered a plus.

Mansioni

• Research and develop original graphics, artworks, and prints.
• Prepare technical files for prints and other applications.
• Create visual assets for presentations and training materials.
• Collaborate with Product Development and suppliers.

Job Title: HR and Admin Manager | Retail | Fashion | Employee Relations | Recruitment

The role is actually for a Graphic Designer. The basic purpose of the role is to develop and execute graphics across Main Collections, Capsules, Collaborations, and Special Projects.

Your day-to-day tasks will include working side by side with the Design Team in a high-energy, creatively driven environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Researching and developing original graphics, artworks, and all over prints
• Preparing technical files for prints, embroideries, patches, placements, and other graphic applications
• Creating visual assets for internal collection presentations and training materials
• Collaborating closely with Product Development and external suppliers

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor Degree in Graphic or Communication Design
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• At least 2 years experience in a fashion brand
• Confidence in developing artwork both by hand and digitally
• Excellent organizational and file management abilities
• Fluent in English and Italian
• A collaborative, curious, and detail-driven mindset
• Skills in AI tools are considered a plus

We offer a Full-Time position with a Fixed-term or Permanent Contract (to be evaluated based on experience) and are based in Central Milan.
