A European air transport services company is looking for a Junior Local IT Manager to ensure smooth IT operations across various stations in Italy, preferably Fiumicino Airport. The role involves managing local IT infrastructure, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing support to local offices. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor in Informatica, experience in IT support, and communication skills in English and Italian. A solid analytical mindset and flexibility are also necessary for this position.

Competenze

• A first experience in an IT support or service delivery role.
• Technical knowledge of infrastructure networking and aviation related software.
• Microsoft or similar certifications are a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage local IT infrastructure, providers, and stakeholders.
• Validating & initiating requests for new IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate the day-to-day support with the central service desk.
