This role involves managing internal tools, hardware setups, and ensuring reliable systems for employees. Candidates should be fully fluent in English and Italian, have a degree in IT or equivalent, and show a strong interest in IT support. The position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for up to 4 days remote work per week alongside opportunities for company retreats.

• Coordination of device delivery for onboarding, replacements, and offboarding.
• Inventory and lifecycle tracking of company hardware.
• Availability to travel to Milan or Bologna office 1 day per week.
