A leading luxury brand in Milan is seeking a Junior Facility Specialist to support maintenance services across the EMEA region. You will assist in planned maintenance activities and ensure effective communication with stores and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of experience in a similar role, a university degree in Architecture or Engineering, and is fluent in English and Italian. This role provides opportunities for business travel and contributions to a prestigious legacy.

• Previous 6-month experience in a similar role.
• Availability to attend business trips.

• Support in updating and monitoring planned maintenance activities.
• Communicate about the progress of repairs and planned activities.
• Ensure follow-up and updates of activities.

• Maintain contact with stores and stakeholders for maintenance operations.

• Participate in checks to ensure maintenance is conducted to standards.

BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Support the Retail Facility Manager in the maintenance services of the stores within the EMEA region.

In this role, you will :

• Support in updating and monitoring planned maintenance activities (HVAC, electrical, special system, etc.)
• Communicate regularly about the progress of repairs and planned activities
• Ensure follow-up and updates of activities in the filing system
• Collaborate in tracking costs for the periodical reporting
• Keep contact with the stores and internal stakeholders for all type of maintenance and improvement operations
• Support tracking maintenance requests, ensuring that works are carried out effectively and in a timely manner.
• Participate in regular checks to ensure maintenance activities are conducted in line with defined standards and contractual agreements, monitoring vendor KPIs.
