JR / Mid Full Stack Developer

The Role

We are a fast-growing, innovative startup looking for a Full Stack Developer to help us build AI agents. If you’re flexible, energetic, and passionate about programming, this might be the right role for you! Full-time contract, with flexible hours, fully remote, with regular multi-day meetups / retreats every couple of months.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the customer dashboard with a strong emphasis on UX / UI
• Optimize front-end performance
• Integrate with backend services and APIs
• Solve AI engineering–related problems

Requirements

• Core Tech Stack: Next.js (App Router & Server Components), Node.js (and Express.js), React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Postgres

Bonus Skills

• Experience or strong interest in AI / Context Engineering (e.g. OpenAI APIs, building RAG systems, etc.)

Soft Skills

• Flexible and adaptable mindset in a startup environment
• Willingness to learn and experiment with new tech
• Passion for programming
• Self-discipline for remote work, with openness to monthly in-person meetings

Location

Must be based in or near Northern Italy or able to attend periodic in-person meetings
