As a member of Sky, the candidate will work in a complex, challenging, and exciting enterprise level environment with a strong commitment towards results and collaboration.

The AI Engineer will be primarily responsible for contributing to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Digital Products, ensuring alignment with business needs, while bringing an innovative mindset and a proactive attitude toward exploring emerging technologies to elevate customer experience. The role involves active participation in technical design and implementation, fostering collaboration across teams, including external vendors and offshore resources, in alignment with architectural standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of AI-driven architectures, ensuring technical consistency and collaborating with other engineers to adopt best practices for integrating AI components.
  • Develop agentic applications, leveraging GenAI and LLMs to enhance customer experience through intelligent and adaptive digital solutions and work closely with other engineers to coordinate development activities, ensuring quality and adherence to SDLC best practices.
  • Interact with the business stakeholders to understand the business needs and translate them into AI-powered solutions.
  • Promote innovation by exploring emerging AI technologies, creating prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts for Generative AI and agent‑based systems, while acting as an ambassador within the Digital Channels area to inspire adoption and drive awareness of AI‑driven opportunities across teams.
Core Competencies and Qualifications
  • Solid software engineering expertise and hands‑on experience with Python and / or Typescript.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing conversational AI solutions, including chatbot and voicebot applications.
  • Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and LLM orchestration tools (such as Google ADK, LangChain, 365 Agents SDK, Semantic Kernel..), including designing multi‑agent workflows and integrating Generative AI capabilities into production‑grade, customer‑facing digital products.
  • Familiarity with speech‑to‑text and text‑to‑speech technologies for voice‑enabled AI experiences.
  • Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures.
  • Proven ability to test and benchmark LLM‑based and agentic systems, ensuring reliability and scalability of AI‑powered experiences, with a strong focus on monitoring and optimizing cost efficiency.
  • Hands‑on experience deploying solutions on Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), including AI services.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
