RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform various food preparations, cooking, and cleaning tasks to ensure efficient kitchen operation and timely delivery of dishes.
• Complete all tasks on the prep list from the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
• Prepare food items daily in your assigned outlet and other kitchen areas.
• Supply clean, sanitized dishes to the dining room and kitchen stations, and operate dishwashing equipment.
• Assist kitchen staff in producing menu items to ensure high performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

ESTIMATED MONTHLY BUDGET

• Projected monthly income: $2,400 (Hourly wage: $15)
• Projected housing costs: $600/month
• Meals are provided during working hours.

J1 VISA PROGRAM

This traineeship is part of a J1 visa program designed for young professionals or recent graduates to develop their careers, gain work experience, and enhance skills through cultural exchange.

The total cost for the J1 Visa process and application fees is $1,870, broken down as follows:

• First payment upon signing contract: $420 (non-refundable)
• Final payment upon visa approval: $1,450 (includes $650 for mandatory health insurance)

Disclaimer: The first month of housing must be paid in advance by the candidate. The employer does not cover airfare costs, which vary depending on the departure city.
