We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Italian-speaking Customer Care Advisor in Lisbon. As a Customer Advisor Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italian-speaking customers by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via e‑mail/phone calls.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work model: On‑site (Must be in Portugal or relocate)

Relocation Support offered for international candidates:

• Relocation assistance (flight reimbursement)
• Option to have accommodation included for cheap
• May also include between €1.000 and €2.000 signing bonus (depending on project and starting date)
