What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Advisor you’ll help Italian-speaking customers with their questions always with empathy patience and a smile. You’ll be guided by training supported by your team and grow your skills every day.

Responsibilities
  • Answering customer questions via phone, email or chat
  • Helping people solve everyday issues (training will be provided!)
  • Keeping things friendly clear and professional
  • Learning how to use tools and systems that make your job easier
  • Being a brand ambassador customers can count on

You Dont Need Experience Just the Right Mindset

Qualifications
  • You are a fluent Italian
  • You speak English at a conversational level (B2)
  • You are comfortable using a computer and willing to learn
  • You are ready to work in rotating shifts (morning / evening / weekends)
  • You are positive patient and enjoy talking to people
  • You are open to new challenges and want to grow
Bonus points if
  • You’ve worked in retail hospitality or any customer-facing role
  • You’ve helped friends / family with tech problems or enjoy solving small issues
