As an IT Technical Engineer you'll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Milan. Together, we work on the Merchant Service Area on maintenance of the acquiring core platform and related services.

About Your Future Role

• Governance of Service Levels and AMS Procedures definition
• Management of production related incidents
• Problems determination and Continous Improvement
• Coordination of supplier\u2019s activities
• Development Change Requests (requirements, design, implementation, testing, go-live support)
• Availability OBH on Critical Applications

Essential Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical-scientific degree
• At least 3 years with similar experience on managing Application Maintenance of business-critical systems and software development
• Experienced on SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, ETL PowerCenter, Windows/Linux scripting
• Strong ability to plan and organize activities
• Strong attitude to work and collaborate in team and to achieve complex objectives even if under pressure
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)

Bonus Skills

• Knowledge of payment platforms with particular focus on Acquiring sector
• Good knowledge of collaboration tools based on Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams
• Experienced on Application Server Tomcat, Java/Cobol development
• Good knowledge of ITIL methodology
