Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration or implementation.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry supporting dealer networks.

Mansioni

• Deploy and maintain DMS, CRM, and related systems across dealer networks.
• Provide second-level support for complex technical issues.
• Manage local IT infrastructure (servers, networks, backups, patching).
• Ensure security compliance with HQ policies and GDPR regulations.
• Develop localized tools and reports to meet business needs.

Conoscenze

Hands-on expertise in dealer-facing systems (DMS / CRM)

Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Alibaba Cloud)

Familiarity with API, EDI, SFTP integrations and GDPR compliance

Strong troubleshooting skills

Fluent English and Italian

Team coordination experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
