A technology support provider is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide customer support, troubleshoot issues, and manage ticket updates. The ideal candidate must hold a valid work permit in Italy and be proficient in English. Responsibilities include resolving technical problems, communicating with vendors, and maintaining hardware and software standards. This on-site role in Cittadella offers flexible working hours between 10-20 hours per week and a negotiable salary.

  • Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
  • Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues.
  • Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
  • Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
  • Basic knowledge of Mac OS to support Apple PC users.
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
  • Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral equipment.
  • Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation issues.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
  • Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
  • Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
  • Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office & Cisco Jabber authorized.
  • Have basic knowledge of Mac OS to support Apple PC users.
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
  • Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other authorized peripheral equipment.
  • Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.
Requirements
  • Must hold a valid work permit in Italy.
  • English is mandatory.
