IT Manager page is loaded## IT Managerlocations: Milan, Italytime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R-0146972Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis • Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements for retail systems and applications. • Translate business needs into functional specifications for development and testing teams. • Conduct workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions with stakeholders. • Analyse existing retail processes and systems to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. • Validate solutions through testing, user feedback, and post-implementation reviews. • Ensure all deliverables comply with internal standards, data governance, and IT policies. Project Management • Plan, manage, and execute business analysis activities across all project phases. • Support project planning, budgeting, and reporting for local and EU retail technology initiatives. • Track project progress, manage risks, and escalate issues to ensure timely delivery. • Coordinate dependencies between business and technical teams to maintain project alignment. • Maintain project documentation and status reports according to company standards. Stakeholder Engagement • Build and maintain strong relationships with business, IT, and vendor teams. • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Secure stakeholder sign-off on requirements, scope, and deliverables. • Conduct presentations and walkthroughs for solution validation and decision-making. • Team Leadership and Mentoring • Mentor and support junior project managers and analysts on documentation, process, and delivery. • Share best practices and tools to improve team capability and consistency. • Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across the Retail Technology team.
