At Bali Home Immo, we’re looking for an IT & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This unique position combines technical expertise with digital marketing skills, providing you with the opportunity to work across both worlds and grow with one of the most recognized property agencies in Bali.

You will work closely with our Marketing Director, gaining valuable insights into the strategies that drive our success in Bali’s competitive real estate market.

Your Role – IT Support

Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network systems.

Maintain and troubleshoot office devices, servers, and connectivity.

Ensure system security, backups, and smooth IT operations for the team.

Manage and document IT assets and accounts.

Your Role – Digital Marketing

Execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive leads and visibility.

Improve SEO performance and manage keyword strategies for higher rankings.

Support email marketing campaigns and manage mailing lists.

Monitor analytics and provide data-driven insights for better performance.

Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance website performance and digital tools.

What We’re Looking For

Background in IT support with strong troubleshooting skills.

Experience (or solid interest) in digital marketing, SEO, and Google Ads.

Familiarity with analytics tools, email marketing platforms, and basic web optimization.

Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn directly from a seasoned Marketing Director.

Strong communication skills in English.
