Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, the Legal Counsel will mainly provide support regarding review of product / marketing claims and review / negotiation of marketing contracts related to medical devices, including advice, risk assessment, guidance and support in order to minimize legal risk for the business in respect of the launch of new products or new communication initiatives.
