Job Description:

• Project Management end to end;

Investment Specialist – Impianti industriali

Activities:

• Coordination of innovative investment projects, exploration of requirements, and technological scouting;
• Creating prototypes with external partners, coordinating pilots, and defining new processes;
• Business case development and project activities implementation (STF, PDI, Project Management) or project follow-up;
• End-to-end project management;
• Expediting projects (adherence to timelines, costs, and quality);
• Project closure and benefit calculation.

Requirements:

• Familiarity or predisposition to technical drawing; previous experience in layout design or similar activities;
• Knowledge of digital transformation benefits, Industry 4.0 technologies and products, IoT, AR/VR;
• Interest in financial and managerial aspects of industrial processes; proficiency with spreadsheets and basic knowledge of statistics and its applications in process control;
• Reliable and organized individual, detail-oriented; strong analytical and numerical skills;
• Energetic personality, capable of presenting projects publicly; sense of urgency and effective interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills;
• CAD 2D is essential; 3D is a plus;
• Intermediate spoken and written English;
• Office suite, advanced Excel and Power Pivot (MS Project and PBI are a plus), basic SAP.
