An international manufacturing company located in Italy is seeking an Industrial Controller to support their Finance team. This newly established role focuses on building financial strategies to optimize production excellence and achieve corporate goals. Responsibilities include financial oversight, cash flow management, and budget creation. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a multinational environment. Fluency in English is required.

Competenze

• Experience in the Finance department of a multinational company.
• Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals and IFRS principles.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Industrial or Plant Controller.
• International experiences preferred.

The Industrial Controller is a newly established position within the Finance department, supporting the Head of Finance in building and leading financial operations specific to the industrial segment.
