Responsibilities
Administrative Support
  • Manage documentation related to employee hiring, termination, and contractual changes.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
  • Coordinate the completion and management of HR‑related forms and documents.
  • Maintain job descriptions and internal guidelines.
Staffing Support
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements and conducting initial resume screening.
  • Organise interviews and tests for candidates, providing logistical support.
  • Collaborate in the evaluation of candidates.
Training and Development
  • Contribute to the planning and organisation of training programmes for employees.
  • Collaborate in planning and organising training programmes for employees.
Benefits and Welfare
  • Assist employees with inquiries related to company benefits.
  • Collaborate with benefit providers and manage employee requests.
Internal Communication
  • Participate in creating and distributing internal communications related to HR policies and company events.
  • Answer to employee questions regarding company policies and procedures.
Attendance Management
  • Check vacation and leave requests on the platform.
  • Collaboration with an external payroll provider for the processing of pay slips.
  • Support in the processing of recurring mandatory declarations and reports.
  • Interaction with institutions (e.g., but not limited to: INPS, INAIL, Employment Offices, …).
Projects
  • Provide support in cross‑functional projects with colleagues within the subsidiary or from other subsidiaries within the Group.
Experience / Skills
  • Bachelor or Master degree in the economic or humanistic field, if related to Human Resources, is a plus.
  • Desiderable knowledge of Italian labour laws and regulations.
  • Computer‑literate.
  • Previous experience in administrative or HR support roles is a plus but not necessary.
  • Proficiency in the English language for communication with the HR team of other branches within the group, and native level of Italian language.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information.
  • Flexibility and ability to handle unforeseen events.

  • 6‑months internship, with the possibility of turning into Apprenticeship contract (CCNL Terziario)
