A leading company in the F&B industry located in Friuli-Venezia Giulia seeks an experienced HR Supervisor to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, oversee performance appraisals, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus, and priority will be given to candidates domiciled in the area.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as HR Supervisor/HR Coordinator in the F&B industry.
• 5 years of experience as HR Generalist.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for all levels.
• Manage Compensation & Benefits administration and payroll.
• Oversee the Performance Appraisal process and ensure timely evaluations.
