Your role:
Your key duties and responsibilities
  • Design and maintain organizational structures to support business objectives and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and management to analyze staffing needs and optimize team configurations.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and role redefinition.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and competency frameworks in line with company standards.
  • Monitor headcount, organizational charts, and reporting lines to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reports on organizational effectiveness and workforce distribution.
  • Provide cross-functional support to management in drafting company policies.
  • Define standards for defining business processes and oversee the updating and implementation of these processes.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and processes related to organizational design and talent management.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of organizational projects and initiatives.
  • Stay informed on best practices and trends in organizational development and HR strategy.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required
  • Master’s degree in engineering or a quantitative field (preferably with honors)
  • Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work well within a team and relate effectively with all levels of organization
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to identify, represent and optimize business processes
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent data representation skills
  • Aptitude for using HR/Organizational Information Systems
  • With your “get things done” attitude you can prioritize, support, and track multiple tasks successfully while meeting deadlines in a constantly changing environment
  • Availability to travel to the company location in Emilia Romagna on a weekly basis.
