RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather and analyze HR and business needs to define functional requirements for innovative digital solutions.
• Support IT in the selection, design, and architecture of HR systems.
• Act as a Project Manager or Key User in HR digitalization initiatives (e.g., People Analytics, Onboarding, Talent, Payroll, Organization), managing timelines, tasks, and priorities.
• Drive change management by training HR users, providing support, and maintaining clear documentation for digital tools.
• Contribute to our People Analytics strategy by developing reports, generating insights, and communicating data in a compelling way (using tools like Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud).
• Collaborate to ensure data governance, visibility, and accessibility across HR systems.
• Evaluate tool usage, process efficiency, data quality, and user satisfaction to suggest improvements.
• Be the super-user for daily HR processes within our digital platforms.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Bachelor\'s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate environments or consulting firms.
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Power BI.
• Experience in Digital Transformation projects, ideally within HR.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and project management methodologies.
• Ability to bridge technical knowledge with business analysis.
• Digital-first, data-driven mindset and continuous improvement attitude.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both Italian and English.
