What we are looking for:

  • Completed university degree, ideally with a specialisation in HR management
  • Broad-based, generalist HR expertise acquired through professional experience in HR management
  • Sound (collective bargaining) knowledge of the metal and electrical industry
  • Strong implementation and assertive personality with a confident demeanour, high social competence and business understanding
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility and willingness to travel (10-20%)
