Responsibilities include planning travel itineraries, coordinating transportation, managing budgets, and ensuring customer service throughout travel and events. Overview

Cheil Italy, the data-driven creativity Agency under the Samsung Group, is looking for an Hospitality Travel Planner & Coordinator Manager Freelance.

Responsibilities
  • Planning and coordination of travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations;
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements, including pickups and vehicle rentals;
  • Coordination of operational services : rooming list, transfer list, flight lists;
  • Preparation and management of cost estimates to ensure compliance with budget constraints;
  • Organizational Secretariat : Managing communications with participants and travel documentation;
  • Activity Scheduling : Planning events, tours, visits, and dinners;
  • Resolve any travel-related issues or changes that may arise;
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and clients to secure travel arrangements;
  • Selection, negotiation and coordination of suppliers;
  • Customer service and assistance before and during travel / event.
Qualifications
  • From 4 to 6 years of proven experience as Hospitality Manager or similar role;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Excellent communication;
  • Decision-making skills to address challenges quickly and negotiate with suppliers for the best rates;
  • Proficient in English, both in speaking and writing;
  • Solid knowledge of event budgeting and cost control;
  • Able to stay focused under pressure and adjust quickly when things change;
  • Managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
