ONYX TECHNOLOGY is a dynamic consulting company growing in the IT market. We are looking for experienced professionals in networks and networking for infrastructure support on Juniper products.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Help Desk, Network Support or IT Specialist roles.
  • Solid knowledge of network infrastructures and Juniper products.
  • CCNA and/or CCIE certifications.
  • Knowledge of key network protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, routing, switching).
  • English language – good or fluent level.
Responsibilities
  • Provide level 2 and 3 technical support for products.
  • Collaborate with the Cluster Project Manager on staffing planning for various cluster sites.
  • Manage issues reported by the Technical Manager and the level 1 support team (TIM).
  • Interface with the Technical Operation Centre (TOC) in Milan for ticket handling and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and guide the on-site support team in implementing solutions.
  • Perform on-site interventions for assistance or implementation of Juniper solutions.
  • Support pre-event configuration and deployment of equipment at Olympic sites.

Sede di lavoro: Milano

Availability for shifts, on-call duties and travel to operational sites (Cortina, Livigno, Predazzo).
