Position

The Head of RTW Manufacturing is responsible for the end-to-end management of Ready-to-Wear (RTW) production. Reporting to the Industrial Director RTW & Knitwear, this role requires a deep understanding of the RTW products, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to quality and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire production process, from material sourcing and cutting to assembly, finishing, and packaging;
• Lead product industrialization and supervise external manufacturers, ensuring the qualitative and quantitative level of output and the respect of the production budget and schedule;
• Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols;
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and cost-effectiveness;
• Identify and implement opportunities for innovation in manufacturing processes and materials;
• Collaborate with the Product team to scout new external manufacturers as well as new production methods, aiming to elevate quality and to optimize costs and resources;
• Manage budgets and resources allocated to the RTW department;
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers;
• Monitor industry trends and developments in RTW manufacturing technology;
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the production process;
• Stay up to date on relevant regulations and ensure compliance.

Profile

• 15+ years of experience in luxury manufacturing, with a focus on RTW;
• Ability to improve performance and satisfactions;
• Demonstrated project management experience;
• People management and development skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication;
• Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
