We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy, who is responsible for the planning, direction, and coordination of all communication activities, with an emphasis on public relations.

Role Overview

As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving Phi Beach’s communication and marketing strategy across all channels. You will oversee social media, sponsorships, PR, and performance marketing, ensuring consistent brand positioning and impactful results.

This is a leadership role requiring creativity, strategic thinking, and strong relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive communication & marketing plan aligned with business goals.
• Manage and grow social media presence, content strategy, and community engagement.
• Lead sponsorship management, cultivating and maintaining strategic partnerships.
• Drive public relations, maintaining strong connections with key stakeholders.
• Oversee performance marketing, using data and analytics to optimize campaigns.
• Coordinate and brief external agencies, content creators and video makers for the production of assets including videos, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure consistent storytelling and brand identity across all platforms.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or entertainment.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, PR, and sponsorships.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and a results-driven mentality.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
