Through events like PlatformCon, which brings together over 35,000+ participants each year, we connect thousands of professionals, share best practices, and help shape the future of how teams build and scale internal developer platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Running and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Search, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Analyzing performance data (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CVR) and making data‑driven optimization decisions.
  • Collaborating with design and content teams to create ad creatives and landing pages that convert.
  • Running experiments to improve website conversion rates and lead quality.
  • Testing new organic channels (e.g., YouTube Shorts, Instagram) to expand our growth footprint.
  • Managing lead flows in HubSpot and identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Staying ahead of performance marketing trends, tools, and platform updates to keep our growth engine sharp.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–3 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong interest in AI and automation, with hands‑on experience using AI tools and workflow platforms.
  • A data‑driven mindset, comfortable analyzing numbers, spotting trends, and acting fast.
  • Some experience managing social media calendars and understanding content performance metrics.
  • Curious, experimental, and proactive. You enjoy testing new formats, learning fast, and iterating often.
  • Excellent written and spoken English. You care about clarity, tone, and precision.
  • Bonus: experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Airtable.
