A leading company in its sector is seeking a Group Financial Controller to oversee management control at a global level. This role entails maintaining a management control system, ensuring budget accuracy, and producing timely reports. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in business controlling, group reporting, and liaising with auditors. Proficiency in SAP and fluent English are essential. This position is based in Turin, Italy and requires excellent communication and analytical skills.

Our client is a leading company within their Industry. We are looking for the :

GROUP FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

The selected candidate will operate at a global level and will be responsible for ensuring management control of programs and Business Units / Central Departments.

Main Responsibilities

• Management and control : Maintain a management control system and procedures suitable for the specific characteristics of the business, ensuring integration with other corporate functions.
• Planning and analysis : Ensure the correct preparation of budgets and forecasts, determine period economic results, and analyze variances, managing the budgeting process for relevant data (labor costs, overhead, investments). Support the definition of Cash Flow and P&L during project estimation to ensure the achievement of established targets.
• Reporting and compliance : Ensure the timely issuance of reports, compliance with corporate deadlines, and provide support for specific requests.
• Resource management : ensure proper management of assigned resources.

Requirements

• Strong background in business controlling, preferably gained in sectors working on a job-order, project, or prototype basis (e.g., automotive, luxury, engineering, design).
• Proven experience in managing Group reporting and preparing consolidated packages for management.
• Solid experience in managing relationships with auditors and knowledge of the dynamics of publicly listed companies.
• Knowledge and use of SAP (preferably ByDesign).
• Fluent English
