Overview
This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract for a Campaign Manager who will develop and execute traffic campaigns across Amazon’s Owned & Operated (O&O) channels for our European grocery business. The role is remote, distributed across the EU, with a central location in Milan.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage all O&O traffic campaigns, including email push notifications, onsite placements, and more.
- Serve as the main point of contact for local marketing teams, ensuring tight coordination on campaign details, copy, and creative.
- Leverage automation tools and templates to streamline repetitive tasks and drive efficiency.
- Monitor real‑time campaign performance and make optimizations to hit target metrics.
- Collaborate with the central analytics team to generate reports and insights that inform future planning.
- Review all campaign assets to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and conduct pre‑launch checks for technical or customer experience issues.
- Act as the local language and market expert, providing guidance and troubleshooting support to the central BEAM team and managing scheduling across multiple markets.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive local messaging and targeting strategies that drive strong customer engagement and topline performance.
Required Qualifications
- Marketing or program management professional with demonstrated strength in Amazon’s leadership principles (Deliver Results, Ownership, Earn Trust, Insist on the Highest Standards, Deep Dive).
- Minimum 2‑year experience leading end‑to‑end execution of traffic campaigns across O&O channels in e‑commerce or grocery.
- Thrives in ambiguous environments and adept at leveraging automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills; ability to serve as the main point of contact for local marketing teams.
- Strong technical aptitude; capacity to monitor campaign performance and make data‑driven optimizations.
- Proficiency with marketing tools (email, web analytics, CRM, marketing automation platforms) and digital advertising.
- Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of another EU language (French, Italian, Spanish, German) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing.
